Service Essay Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to 2 students. Please click the link below for prompt and guidelines. This scholarship requires 2 letters of recommendation. One should be from a teacher or manager and the second letter of recommendation should be from a leader of your service project or someone that was impacted by your community service. 

1st Place: $1,000

2nd Place: $1,000

Service Essay Scholarship


Video scholarship

Nurses, and nursing students, are life changers for their patients and for each other. Share a video between 3 and 10 minutes and tell a personal story of a time you went above and beyond for a patient, your school, or your nursing school peers, that has made you a better nurse. Scholarships will be awarded based on performance in video submission.

1st - $500

2nd - $300

3rd - $200

Student Video Scholarship


Nightingale Scholarship

This scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded to 1 school of nursing, that wishes to foster the development of leadership skills in nursing students, within their MASN chapter. A faculty advisor or dean from the nursing program must apply for the scholarship. Individual students are not eligible to apply. Scholarship Awards will be made in the name of the school of nursing and not an individual. Please click the link below for more information.

Needs Based Essay Scholarship

This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to 2 student based on financial need.  Describe your financial need in 500 words or more, include your: current situation, your academic goals, and your involvement in the community. Please click the link below for more information.
